How the towers are planned

VVIP Addresses has two tower formats. Towers 1 and 4 are planned as four-winged clusters with four residences to a floor: Units 2 and 3 are the 2,955 sq ft three-bedroom homes and Units 1 and 4 are the 3,600 sq ft four-bedroom homes. Towers 2 and 3 have two residences to a floor, Unit 1 of 4,545 sq ft and Unit 2 of 4,645 sq ft, reached from a 2,400 mm wide corridor.

Each drawing below can be opened in a zoom viewer, where you can enlarge it far enough to read every room dimension, or downloaded as a single-page PDF. No personal details are needed for either.

Area categories

Super, built-up and carpet area

The developer prints these definitions beneath each drawing.

Super area
The entire area of the flat enclosed by its periphery walls, including half the area under common walls between two flats and the full area of other walls, columns, cupboards, windows, window projections and balconies, plus a proportionate share of the service areas used for common facilities such as lobbies, staircases, lifts, shafts, corridors, stilts and the security and fire control rooms.
Carpet area
The net usable floor area of an apartment, excluding the area covered by the external walls, areas under services shafts, exclusive balcony or verandah area and exclusive open terrace area, but including the area covered by the internal partition walls of the apartment.
Built-up area
As per the CREDAI definition, the total polyline area measured on the outer line of the unit, including balconies and/or terrace, with or without roof.
Conversion
1 sq m = 10.764 sq ft.
